Terms and Conditions for Savevest Limited

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Savevest Limited online savings and investment platform and its fully functional mobile application (collectively referred to as the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
- Account Registration
1.1 Eligibility: To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

2.2 Financial Risks: Savings and investments involve inherent risks, including the risk of loss of principal. Savevest does not guarantee any specific rate of return or investment results. It is your responsibility to carefully evaluate the risks associated with any savings plan or investment option before making any financial decisions.
2.3 Financial Advice: Savevest provides information and tools to assist you in managing your savings and investments. However, the information provided on the Platform should not be considered as financial advice. You should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.
- User Responsibilities
3.1 Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms when using the Platform. You will not use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purposes or engage in any activity that may harm Savevest or other users.
3.2 Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information when using the Platform. Savevest relies on the information provided by users and is not responsible for any consequences resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information.
3.3 Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited conduct when using the Platform:
a) Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
b) Impersonating another person or entity.
c) Interfering with the operation of the Platform or disrupting its servers or networks.
d) Uploading or transmitting any viruses, malware, or other malicious code.
e) Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users’ accounts.
- Intellectual Property
4.1 Ownership: Savevest retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and software. These Terms do not grant you any rights or licenses to use Savevest’s intellectual property, except as expressly authorized by these Terms.
4.2 User Content: By using the Platform, you grant Savevest a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute any content you submit, post, or display on the Platform. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to grant this license.

6.2 Limitation of Liability: Savevest and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
- Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Savevest, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or any violation of applicable laws or regulations.
- Modifications and Termination
8.1 Modifications: Savevest reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms will be effective upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
8.2 Termination: Savevest may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, without prior notice or liability. Upon termination, these Terms will also terminate, except for provisions that by their nature should survive.
